We’re excited to welcome you to our new headquarters in the historic building, Boulder-on-the-Park, at 1850 S Boulder Avenue.
Built in 1923 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2003, this building has seen some incredible chapters in the history of Tulsa, and we’re honored to be part of its story.
Holland Hall (private school, 1923-1932), Aero Exploration Company (aerial photography & mapping, 1938-1946), KTUL radio (Tulsa’s first dedicated broadcast center, 1947-1956), Holway Engineering (civil engineering firm, 1957-1974), multi-tenant commercial offices (1970s), Pan Western Energy Company (1990s), The McIntosh Group (architectural firm, 2000-present), and Narrative Structure (2026-present).
