A headshot is a handshake, a first impression, a reflection of you, your organization, and the story you want to tell.

We’re excited to partner with the Mountain-Plains Museums Association as a Presenting Sponsor to provide professional headshots to board members and scholarship recipients at the 2026 MPMA conference in Colorado Springs, CO. We know many people don’t leap at the chance to be in front of the camera, which is why our sessions are intentionally structured to help you feel comfortable and confident. Our signature expression coaching ensures your photo helps you make an authentic and accurate first impression.

  • Available to MPMA board members & scholarship recipients.
  • 15 minute session, by appointment
  • Wednesday, October 14 & Thursday, October 15 in the Cameron Room at The Antlers Hotel.
  • You’ll review your photos on-site during your session to choose your favorite image.
  • Your selected photo will receive a full professional retouch to remove stray hairs, blemishes, etc. — without ever looking overly airbrushed or “plastic.” Our goal is for you to look like yourself… just on a really great day.
  • Photo delivered as digital download after conference.
